World Mental Health Day

In recognition of World Mental Health Day on 10th October, this week’s assemblies have focused on the importance of caring for our mental health—especially during times when we may feel overwhelmed by things beyond our control. Two of our fantastic Sixth Form students and Mental Health Officers, Nana O. and Sebastian H-K, delivered a powerful and engaging presentation on this theme to students across all year groups.
You can view the presentation here.
Students have also been showing their support for the charity YoungMinds by wearing yellow for non-uniform day, hosting a bake sale, and participating in fun activities like word searches and quizzes.
We’re incredibly proud of how our students have engaged with this important topic and demonstrated their commitment to supporting both their own mental wellbeing and that of their peers.
