BVGS Corporate Partnership welcomes Inspired Partners to growing initiative
Despite the ongoing uncertainty caused by the pandemic, the Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School (BVGS) Corporate Partnership has secured another member, as Inspired Partners throws its support behind the initiative.
The Sutton Coldfield based change management and leadership development company has built a strong reputation for supporting businesses within challenging environments, helping them implement solutions that deliver lasting change.
Rather than offering ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions, Inspired Partners works closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, delivering solutions that match their culture and provide a range of short and long-term benefits.
Having supported clients across the UK for the past 17 years, the business is comfortable working with senior executives across all sectors, supporting their transformational change objectives, with tangible improvements to their bottom line.
Even through the pandemic, Inspired Partners has helped clients overcome important business challenges by providing change consultancy services to those who need them most.
Now, as an official member of the BVGS Corporate Partnership, the business will be able to enjoy the benefits of a local business networking forum, while supporting the school and its pupils.
Sally Palethorpe, Managing Partner at Inspired Partners, said: “Having relocated to Sutton Coldfield a few years ago, we were keen to play an active role in the local community, supporting other businesses where possible.
“From the significant growth the BVGS Corporate Partnership has experienced in recent months, it was clear that the initiative was well supported and the school had invested a lot of time and effort into attracting new members.
“After speaking with Development Director, Brian Davies, his commitment to the partnership and its members was obvious, which made the decision to join an easy one to make.
“Despite the current challenges, we are looking forward to meeting and collaborating with fellow members, and supporting the school in whatever way we can.”
Brian Davies, commented: “With the pandemic and lockdown still ongoing, it’s crucial that we attract new partners, so the existing members can access much-needed support to help them through this difficult period.
“Inspired Partners has a lot of experience helping businesses cope with change, so those partners struggling to thrive in the current climate could really benefit from their insights and guidance.
“Our ability to attract and secure reputable organisations, like Inspired Partners, is a reflection of the hard work we have been putting into growing the partnership, and I’m looking forward to working with Sally and the wider team moving forward.”
