Community spirit strong as HR Caddy joins Corporate Partnership
Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School (BVGS) Corporate Partnership has shown that the sense of community spirit is very much alive, as local business HR Caddy throws its support behind the initiative.
The Sutton Coldfield-based firm, whose office is located only five minutes away from BVGS, joins the growing partnership after attending one of the initiative’s networking events in 2017.
HR Caddy, who offer businesses a full range of HR consultancy services for those looking to outsource their HR functions, becomes the 30th official member of the partnership, with the initiative having enjoyed substantial growth in recent months.
Providing both public and private sector clients with a variety of specialist HR support, the company will have the opportunity to support the Corporate Partnership and its members – most of which are also based in the Midlands.
This latest addition once again demonstrates the partnership’s commitment to building a network of local businesses who not only support the school, but also have a realistic opportunity to collaborate with one another.
Martin Callaghan, Operations Director at HR Caddy, said: “It’s an absolute privilege to become an official member of Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School Corporate Partnership.
“The work they do in supporting the school and improving the experiences for students is incredible, and considering how close our office is to the school, it’s only right that we help in any way we can.
“From our point of view, it was important that we joined an initiative where all members were fully committed and active, so we would have the opportunity to branch out and network too.
“After meeting development director, Brian Davies, at their networking event last year, I was very impressed with the work that had been done to build such a tight-knit group of businesses.
“I’m aware of how partners have been able to form and develop working relationships through their involvement with the initiative, and we’re looking forward to potentially collaborating with the other members moving forward.”
Brian Davies, commented: “We’re pleased to welcome Martin and the HR Caddy team to the initiative, and I’m certain they will be great addition to the partnership.
“The Corporate Partnership is rapidly growing in terms of members, so it’s important that every new company we accept is serious about supporting the school and the other partners.
“Not only are HR Caddy extremely local to the school, but they have a great attitude towards joining the partnership, and have already attended one of our networking events last year.
“We’re very much looking forward to working with HR Caddy in the future, and I’m sure the other partners will benefit from their experience too.”
